Man ‘removed penises and broadcasted it on website, grossing £200k’

The Metropolitan Police executed warrants in London, Scotland and Wales

Marisu Gustavson, 45, of Tottenham, North London, is alleged to have performed castrations and broadcasted the footage on an ‘eunuch maker’ website where subscribers would pay to watch.

He stands accused of being the ringleader of a group committed to extreme body modifications, the removal of body parts, the trade of body parts, and the upload of extreme videos, amongst 29 offences.

The offending spanned a 6 year period, accruing over £200,000, and he stands charged with conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm with intent, and 5 counts of causing GBH to five alleged victims. These relate to the removal of a man’s penis, the clamping of another’s testicles, and freezing of a leg which required amputation.

He is further charged with acquiring or possessing criminal property, making an indecent image of a child and distributing an indecent image of a child.

All of Gustavson’s alleged victims are believed to partake in a society where people willingly undergo extreme body modification. There is a subculture where men become ‘nullos’, short for genital nullification.

The Met said in a statement: “We encourage anyone who has had similar experiences to seek medical advice from their local sexual health clinic or GP.”
